TERMS OF SERVICE

​1. Payment Terms

• ​Online Orders: All online orders must be paid in full in advance at the time of checkout before production or fulfillment begins.

• ​In-Person Orders: For custom or in-person orders, a 50% deposit is required upfront before any work or material sourcing begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and prior to or at the time of delivery/pickup.

​2. Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

• ​Ready-to-Ship / Standard Inventory: If you purchased a standard, pre-made item (such as handmade soaps, wax melts, or pre-made stock items), you have 7 to 14 days from the date of receipt to reach out to us regarding a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

• ​Custom & Made-to-Order Creations: All custom creations (such as personalized caps, custom apparel, ties, lap scarves, or items made using customer-provided specifications) are final sale. Because these items are custom-crafted specifically for you using our time and materials, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

​3. Right to Refuse Service

• ​Byon A Vision reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline business to anyone at any time for any lawful reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, suspected fraud, or infeasible design requests.

​4. Intellectual Property & Customer-Provided Content

• ​Byon A Vision assumes no liability or responsibility for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations concerning designs, logos, text, names, or artwork provided directly by the customer.

• ​By submitting custom designs or artwork to Byon A Vision, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary legal rights, permissions, and licenses to use and reproduce that material. You take full responsibility for any legal issues arising from your submitted content.
